After living in our home for the past 18 years, when it came time to sell our house we only contacted one agent...Alyson Silverman. Even though we had never met in person before, Alyson had secretly built a rapport with us over the past 12-15 years by persistently dropping off flyers and helpful newsletters in front of our house. She also ran a food drive every Thanksgiving holiday to help those less fortunate. I figured, if she's this persistent in gaining new clients and helping others, then she must be equally so when it comes time to selling someone's house. And now after our house sold for well over asking price, I can undoubtedly say that's exactly how she is. I must say that Alyson changed my mind completely after working with many brokers and realtors in my line of work, she is truly a master of her craft. When I came to her through referral she was not only professional, but worked hours finding me what I wanted, within my price range and my window of time. When there were no listings she created them, and when there was little hope she inspired. If you need a partner in real estate, go to her and you will not regret it.

Alyson listed and sold my parents house after my father passed away.    She was professional, stayed on top of things, and put 100 percent into getting the job done, often helping out over and above what is expected from a realtor.  The house sold above asking price in a very short period of time.  I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Alyson helped me sell my condo in Thousand Oaks, CA back in January 2017. I wanted to work with Alyson because she has been in the real estate business for well over 10 years, which gives her a unique insight on market conditions and trends.

After executing the contract and picking our open house dates, I immediately saw the results of her experience in action. She picked a listing price best suited to draw in the necessary interest.  After that, she began the marketing campaign with comprehensive advertising on all key online real estate apps, Facebook, Craigslist, and even passed out flyers to the neighbors!  Alyson set aside a huge portion of her personal time to accommodate a full 2 days of open houses, providing ample time for potential clients to view the home.  

The results of this prep work was apparent.  We had 8 offers and finally sold our condo for 5% over the asking price.  But Alyson's help did not stop there!  About 7-10 days in escrow, we were having problems finding a place to rent in Arizona and had to start thinking about setting up a concurrent close to buy another home.  I told Alyson my situation and she immediately sprung into action by providing me with a trusted agent in Arizona that had contacts with financiers that could handle a concurrent close within 21 days with a complicated escrow.  She then worked with the buyers to provide a mutual agreement to give us a few more days in the condo. 

On the day we pulled into Arizona with our life in a moving truck, we applied wet signatures at the title location at 8 AM and had the keys to our new home by 10 AM.  I was absolutely stunned at the level of efficiency in the process.  With Alyson as your listing agent, you get more than a silver lining, you just may wind up with gold in your pocket. Alyson rocks!!
